FAQ for the Ovulation Detector

Q. Where has this product been used and tested?A. It was developed in Poland and has been used successfully there for almost 15 years. The need for
improvement on their farm animals prompted it's development. After great success in that field they turned to the pet
industry. It has been tested at the Obstetrics Departments os the faculty of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Agriculture
and Technology in Olsztyn Poland. It was also given extensive tests by the Veterinary Clinics at Justus-Liebig-University
in Giessen Germany. It was found to be very accurate and very advatagiou to any breeding program.
Q. How long has this product been in the US ?
A. I introduced it into the US and Canada in the Spring of 1995. It was unheard of in the pet industry,
until that time. Now it has become a part of many kennels equipment and another tool to keep their breeding programs on target.
Q. What warrantee comes with this product ?
A. There is a new 2 year warranty. The product is warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship
under normal use for a period of two years after the purchase. They will exchange any part that is defective, Or replace the
product which ever is necessary. This warranty does not apply to any product that has been subject to misuse, neglect, any
natural disaster, or damaged by accident.(Shipping charges are not refundable)
Q. What is the cost of the Draminski Ovulation Detector ?
A. The price is $485. Plus Express Shipping $25 (overnight) $15 for shipments

Q. Is there any problems using the Ovulation Detector ?A. The simplicity of the detector is it's greatest asset. Do as instructed and you have no problems
and excellent results. Keeping it clean and disinfected is of the greatest importance. It should be sterilized before and
after each use. Any Mucus, water or Urine left on the probe will give you false reading.
Q. Will this work on a problem Bitch ?A. Problems are Problems. Of course this is not going to solve a reproduction problem a bitch is having.
It will not make an infertile bitch fertile. It is however another tool to help us with our breeding programs. It can be used
at home. Can save you trips to the vet for more expensive and invasive tests. You can evaluate a false heat as the reading
do not go up and a peak is never reached. If you have a silent heat, and you know the bitch is in season, you will be able
to pinpoint her peak.
Q. Is there any harm to my bitch ?A.
There should be no harm or discomfort to your bitch. This is non invasive. Check out the Pictorial instruction Page.The probe
should be inserted at the same angle as an A-I tube. About a 45% angle. When you reach resistance turn the probe 180 degrees
to insure mucus covers the end of the probe. Take the reading while the probe is inserted. Chart your readings and you will
know exactly when to breed.
